Lovemaking

This is about Sex.

Not about sex in the way I think most of us have learned about it...

through cultural conditioning, movies, and porno.

But about LOVE making.

The potential, I think (and experience), a couple has:

To generating LOVE.

Sex as sacred experience,

as a healing experience,

as a spiritual experience.

An experience where everything is welcome:

Pain, fear, anger, bliss, ecstasy, orgasm.

How???

By bringing full presence to the sensations in the body.

Through sensing,

living through the senses

That to me is being sensual.

And what a journey it can be !

To me an ever deepening experience of feeling,

and getting to know myself through my body.

It makes me feel so alive,

so close to what is real.

So close to myself.

And from there so close to my partner.

Then what I experience is…

I don’t know how else to call it than

LOVE

Why do I share this?

I can imaging sex is seen as something private?

And so often shamed and not talked about.

I feel so passionate about the power that I believe we human beings have, and especially the potential of a couple:

To create

LOVE

I want to share this with the world.

It’s like I hold the nectar of life.

Like I hold gold.

And I want to give gold.

I offer SESSIONS for Couples and One on One on this specific topic of səxuality and relationships.

Welcoming all that comes up around these topics.

Shame, fear, anger, desires, trauma…

I do this based on Nonviolent Communication. Offering a nonjudgemental space, where I listen. Where I follow you (and your partner) into the wisdom of your inner truth. I’ll not give unwanted advice, analyses or labels. Yet I’m open to share my own knowledge, experience and wisdom with you when you ask me to.
